1.Tuesday, February 11 (National Foundation Day):
・There will be no garbage collection on this day.
・Areas that normally have some kind of garbage collection on this day will instead have it on Friday, February 14.

2.Monday, February 24 (Substitute holiday for Sunday, Feb. 23, the Emperor’s Birthday):
・There will be no garbage collection on this day.
・Areas that normally have some kind of garbage collection on this day will instead have it on Thursday, February 27.

Please make sure you take out your household garbage on the correct day.

【３】Medical-Care System for People Aged 75 and Older
(1) Japanese medical-care system for people aged 75 and older and those aged 65 to 74 with certified disability.
(2) Foreign nationals whose period of stay is less than three months, or whose Status of Residence is Designated Activities (receiving of medical treatment9 are not eligible to enter this system.

Copayment Rate
・Insurance holders will be required to pay 10% or 30 % of the corresponding medical expenses at hospital according to their income of the previous year.

Insurance premiums
・Premiums are the sum of calculated per capita rate and income-based levy.

How to pay your insurance premium
・Paying at a bank by cash presenting a statement of payment or transferring from your bank account, or deduction from your pension

(2)日本(にほん)に すむ 長(なが)さが、３か月(げつ)より みじかい 人(ひと)は はいりません。

病院(びょういん)に はらう お金(かね)
・病院(びょういん)に はらう お金(かね)は、ぜんぶの 10％から　30%です。
・前(まえ)の 年(とし)の 収入(しゅうにゅう)によって、かわります。

保険(ほけん)に はらう お金(かね)
・保険(ほけん)に はらう お金(かね)は、前(まえ)の 年(とし)の 収入(しゅうにゅう)に よって、かわります。

保険(ほけん)に お金(かね)を はらう 方法(ほうほう)
(1)あなたが もらう 年金(ねんきん)から 自動(じどう)で ひきおとします。
(2)あなたの 銀行(ぎんこう)の こうざから 自動(じどう)で ひきおとします。
(3)銀行(ぎんこう)や ゆうびんきょくで はらいます。
